about
Marybeth Maksovas
MaryBeth is a data expert with an international career who has used the Approachable Data Method to influence major organizations. As she gained more experience in the field of analytics, she realized that many companies are underutilizing data and disempowering their data teams, even as the demand for data has grown.
After working in-house and consulting for companies such as KAYAK and Pandora Jewelry, she started her consulting firm in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Insight Lime quickly grew to out-compete Big Five consulting firms and picked up major clients such as Wendy's and Trend Micro. The Approachable Data Method was a core part of the product offerings and how she trained new analysts, which resulted in an 80% client repeat rate and a 90+ NPS score for the whole lifespan of the agency.
In 2025, MaryBeth closed Insight Lime to focus on the Approachable Data Method. She plans on writing several more books about data, run the Analytics Round Table peer group and solo consulting on special projects.
